Please ensure you have read and understood the House Rules provided at the time of booking via the booking platform.

This is a quiet complex with neighbours close by. Please respect a courtesy quiet hour from 9pm for our neighbours. Any noise complaints will be taken seriously.

Please respect pool hours.

This is a non-smoking and non-vaping home. If you do smoke, we ask that you do so outside away from the property and that you properly put out and dispose of the cigarette appropriately.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed at this property.

No events or Parties are permitted.

Please clean the BBQ after each use and prior to check out. If the BBQ is left dirty upon checkout, additional fees may be incurred.

Only guests who are on the original booking are permitted to stay overnight.

Any issues, breakages or safety incidences that occur on the property must be reported to your host as soon as practicable and prior to check out. Thank you.

It is the expectation of the Whitehaven Body Corporate that you will abide by the bylaws of the estate in the same manner that is expected of all residents. Please do not abuse residents who remind you of your obligations for the duration of your stay.

​SHARED AMENITIES

• Each property has one access fob which allows entry to the pool, tennis court and BBQ area. These assets are owned by ALL owners across the Beachside Estate, so please treat them respectfully. DO NOT CLIMB FENCES TO ACCESS THESE FACILITIES. DO NOT LEAVE ACCESS DOORS TO THESE FACILITIES PROPPED OPEN AT ANY TIME. DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN TO CLIMB FENCES.

• Please do not use the tennis court for any other purpose than that for which it is intended. Proper shoes must be worn on court. No eating or drinking on the tennis court. Children under 14 years of age must be supervised at ALL times. Please DO NOT lean on, or otherwise alter the tennis court net.

• Please do not make excessive noise in the community pool area. No animals, food, drink, or music is allowed and all children under 14 years of age must be fully supervised by an adult at all times.

• Please do not leave the BBQ area in a dirty condition after use, nor ‘book’ the BBQ area or reserve it, at the exclusion of other residents.

• Do not exceed the speed limits set for the safety of children and residents on estate roads

• Do not park on any grassed area within the estate
