Power On – Switch at least two zones (areas) on. It will not work unless two zones are ‘on’. When turning ‘off’please switch zones ‘off’.

Security Gate (located at the entrance of the estate): as advised prir to check in.

Entrance to the home: Please enter via the garage using code 65111. Once inside the garage you’ll see the keys on the wall.

Remote: (Located on the hook in the garage near house entry door).

Garage Remote- Community Entry is top left; House Garage top right. Please note a $120 fee is charged if remote has been taken/ lost. (house key also on here if needed).

Community Gate: use puff ball fob in garage (to access common BBQ and pool area). Hold against top of keypad and then pull up childproof gate.

Bluetooth speaker – one in the kitchen and one in the master bedroom. Scan Bluetooth devices and link to either. Turn on Logitech BT a small separate device to the speaker.

Kitchen – Logitech BT or Master Logitech BT – can only use one at a time. Once linked, press power button on the top of the speaker to play music from your phone.

Cooktop - must have the switch ‘on’ - located to the left - middle switch on power board.

Coffee Machine – espresso only. Milk – please use milk warmer near kettle and fill to marked level. Choose middle button to heat. Please wash out with hot water after each use.

Clothes Dryer - It requires the water canister to be emptied – please keep a check on this & clean filter after each use.

Any open condiments or food are to be used at guest’s discretion.

We have supplied bath and beach towels for each guest. We would be grateful if bath towels be used in bathrooms only and beach towels used for all outdoor use. Should you wish to launder during your stay, you are very welcome to do so (powder in cupboard). If you can wash and dry Beach Towels would be appreciated.

You will find beach access just a short stroll next to community pool & tennis court.

This is not for guest use. It has been disabled to protect settings. Appreciate if no items are rested on the Piano, please.

Turn on Foxtel Box (IQ4 using Foxtel remote – red light turns blue.

Turn on Sound Bar – remote missing so turn on at the sound bar and control volume on the sound bar.

The TV is linked via ‘OPT’ – use ‘source’ button to find this if set to something else. To listen to sound only via phone/Spotify etc, go to ‘BT’ & link.

Turn on TV using TCL remote (there may be a small delay – please be patient).

Use the home button to source apps, Netflix, Stan etc (you will need to use your own log in).

To switch to Foxtel (not the app), select the source button on the TCL remote and select HDMI 2. You then use the Foxtel remote for channels.

Remember before leaving to log out of your apps

To switch back to the apps etc, select the home button on the TCL.

DVD player is HDMI2 – use the source button on the TCL remote.

Foxtel/ Streaming – Movie or any additional purchases costs incurred will be at your cost.
