This is a non-smoking home. If you do smoke, we ask that you do so outside away from the property and that you properly put out and dispose of the cigarette appropriately.

Pets are by prior approval only. If bringing an approved pet, please note:

- pets must remain off all furniture;

- pets must not be left unattended inside or for long periods of time;

- all pet waste must be removed prior to check out.

Events or Parties are not permitted.

This is a quiet residential neighbourhood. To ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbours, we kindly ask that you observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM.

Only guests who are on the original booking are permitted to stay overnight.

If you encounter any issues, breakages, or safety concerns during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible and before checking out.
