Please ensure you have read and understood the House Rules provided at the time of booking via the booking platform.

We please ask that the marble benchtops in the kitchen and bathrooms are only wiped down with a soft, damp cloth and a mild pH-neutral cleaner (such as diluted dish soap). Avoid acidic or abrasive cleaners.

Please use a cutting board when using sharp knifes and transferring hot pots from oven as this will also damage the marble benchtops.

Please also wipe Spills Immediately – marble is porous and can stain easily. Please clean up spills quickly, especially from coffee, wine, or citrus.

Please respect a courtesy quiet hour from 9pm for our neighbors. Any noise complaints will be taken seriously.

This is a non-smoking and non-vaping home. If you do smoke, we ask that you do so outside away from the property and that you properly put out and dispose of the cigarette appropriately.

Pets are not permitted at this property.

No events or Parties are permitted.

No surfboards or bikes inside.

Please clean the BBQ after each use and prior to check out. If the BBQ is left dirty upon checkout, additional fees may be incurred.

Only guests who are on the original booking are permitted to stay overnight.

Any issues, breakages or safety incidences that occur on the property must be reported to your host as soon as practicable and prior to check out. Thank you.
