Catch the Sea Breeze
This home was thoughtfully designed to take full advantage of the beautiful ocean breezes. We encourage you to open the windows, sliding doors, and louvres to let the fresh air flow through — it’s the best way to enjoy the natural coastal climate.
Due to the direction of the sea air please close windows or doors if there is a storm as the rain may come directly into the property.
To help reduce environmental impact, we kindly ask that you remember to switch off air-conditioning or heating when you head out.
