Split across two levels, the home features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two powder rooms, with an elevator for seamless access. Two distinct living areas provide space to connect or retreat, while floor-to-ceiling glass doors invites the outside in. The outdoor patio overlooks Marcoola park and Beach, a quiet spot to start the morning or wind down in the evening. A private pool adds another layer of relaxation, and Fatboy e-bikes offer an effortless way to explore the coastline.
