The lockbox code and location will be sent to you 12noon on the day of arrival.

The address is 10/1736-1738 David Low Way, Coolum Beach, 4573 - Phoenix Apartments.

The apartment is located on level 5 - the ground floor is L when using the lift.

We please ask that the key is popped back in the lock box after your stay and you ensure all lights are turned off, windows and doors are closed and locked.

Please dispose of your rubbish in the bins provided. There is a rubbish shoot next to the front door opposite the lift. There are also bins located next to the steps behind the building main entrance by guest parking.

There is a BBQ on the balcony and a BBQ down by the pool available for guest use, there is an additional cleaning charge of $30 if either BBQs are not cleaned after use. BBQ wipes are provided.

Please ensure all windows and doors are closed while air con is in use and if you go out, please turn off the aircon.

Please ensure you lock up the apartment, including windows when you leave the property.

Please supervise children at the property at all times. At the top of the external doors leading out to the balcony are locks, please ensure these are kept locked at all times unless children are supervised on the balcony. Adults must supervise anyone under the age of 16 using the pool.

The communal pool and BBQ area can be accessed by via the steps near the visitor carparks.

There are pool towels and a picnic basket in the hall cupboard. Please return these items to the apartment if used - please do not leave by the pool or at the beach. Replacement costs will apply if lost or not returned.

There are two onsite parking options, one inside the secure garage - please only park in parking bay 10, and the second is in the visitor carparks. Please do not park more than two vehicles at the property. There is a fob to the secure parking on the keys.

There trundle beds are located under the single beds, we please ask that these are carefully moved to the desired locations.

Please advise us of any issues upon check in, so we can attend to them as soon as possible for you.

Please ensure all rubbish and recycling is put in the bin shoot next to the front door opposite the lift, and the dishwasher is loaded up and turned on before you leave.
