The air conditioning is ducted throughout the house, except the kitchen. The control panel for the ducted air conditioning is on the wall near the master bedroom door and another next to the single bedroom.

There is switch above the master bed, please ensure this is turned on in order for the aircon to work in the master bedroom.

There is a split system in the kitchen. You will find the remote control next to the kitchen entrance.

Please ensure all windows and doors are closed whilst using, to ensure efficient use.

Please ensure all rubbish is removed and placed in the outdoor wheelie bins provided. Rubbish bins are located behind the wall to the left of the front door . Bin day is Monday morning. Please ensure bins are out ready to be collected by Sunday night.

- Never leave the fireplace unattended

- Use only wood in fireplace

- Fully extinguish fire before bed or leaving the property

- Keep children away from fireplace and supervised when close by.

You will find a TV located above the fireplace in the living room, and one in the master bedroom.

Both of these are smart TVs and have their own remote control. Please feel free to log in to streaming platforms using your personal account.

There is a sound bar below the living room TV, this has a small seperate remote.

Please bring in outdoor lounge cushions if raining and prior to checkout. Thank you.

There is a BBQ on the front patio. Please ensure the BBQ is cleaned after each use.

We strongly advise that when you are out and when you retire at night, the property is locked securely, including locking the windows. No responsibility can be taken for guests’ personal property that is left on the premises. Please do not leave the property unlocked when you are not there. If you are going out for a longer period of time kindly ensure the windows are closed. Due to our tropical weather, sudden storms can occur at any time with heavy rain and winds.

In accordance with State legislation and the terms and conditions of your stay, smoking is not permitted within the property and is not allowed on balconies as per the Body Corporate bi-laws.

Sunshine Coast is a tropical paradise surrounded by sand dunes, bushland and rainforests. We share our beautiful environment with our wildlife which includes ants and other bugs. Whilst our properties are professionally pest sprayed, this does not stop bugs including ants and cockroaches (especially flying ones) from entering via open doors and windows. To keep bugs to a minimum, we recommend keeping doors and windows closed, ensuring food is always cleaned up and bins are tied properly and disposed of regularly.

Sunshine Coast is where we call home and we are so fortunate to share it with our amazing wildlife. You can find furry Koala's in the trees, colourful birds in the sky and dolphins and whales in the sparkling blue ocean. Our wildlife also includes other beautiful creatures such as blue lizards, legless lizards, snakes and geckos. If you encounter a snake on your holidays during office hours please message us with a picture so we can check the type with our fabulous snake catcher Luke. If you do encounter a snake in or close to the property out of office hours you can contact Luke on 0499 920 290. If you supply him with a photo he can identify the reptile.
